man am I ever whiny

somedays when you get out of bed
you quickly realize that you should
just turn right around and get your
ass right back into those 800 thread
count sheets because today is someone
else's day, not yours, so don't even
try to pretend that you are going to
have a good day

the dog ruptured a boil or something
right next to his anus, bloody mess literally.
thought maybe I could restart the day by going back to bed
could be swollen anal gland or could be
a blockage.
"could be serious or not at all"
"keep an eye on it, and if it bleeds
profusely or he is in any pain, take him to emergency
right away"

opened the mail
and opened and
opened.
piled all the bills to be paid, on the to be paid pile
thought about going back to bed
called cable & internet told them don't disconnect me
called mobile phone and told them don't disconnect me
thought about going back to bed again

I have to go to work tomorrow,
my dog is sick, i've got bills to pay
my house is a mess... and above all, I'm still sick.
it is 6 pm and I'm
going back to bed
