popped off two cheesecakes today
stuck them in the deep freeze immediately
so i wouldn't eat them right away

my trip to regina was a whole lot of fun
i hung with my bestest friend over coco chanel martinis
and came home sicker than a dog from children germs
cough cold fever flu... whatever
dirty kids and their germs
who needs em

tomorrow morning i am off to regina,
until the following sunday.
turkey day and my birthday
will prolly be spent at some fabulous
dive that serves amazing vietnamese food

i was asked today to
describe my life by a color.
not just recently, but my whole life.
i came up with the color beige.
beige is not a trendy color that comes and goes,
it has always been there.
when in doubt, pick beige.
most people look good against beige
and the pigment of beige is very delicate
if you have the time to really look
at beige, its a very interesting color.
not to be confused with ecru,
tan or camel, beige is unto its self.
its a calming neutral color that works
with earthy tones of various depths.

i also came up with yellow as my secondary
color...
how boring - yellow

saturday mornings come so early
i had woke at 6 and showered and ironed
and dressed and decided that i would walk to work.
i stuck my hand out the door, it felt coolish.
i grabbed my jacket, set the ipod for 'dance'
and proceeded to walk to work.
i got about half way and realized by mobile
was ringing...

hello?
hey D (me), it's Lib want a ride?
i've already left and i am about half way to work
cool cool, perhaps i'll see ya on the road
k, cool, catch ya later

minutes later i am by the royal bank
and Lib pulls up, puts 'er in park...
i grab the door handle, open the door, and proceed
to get it in...

BUT THE DRIVER ISN'T LIB!

minutes later Lib pulls up, i motion for her to keep driving,
that i will just walk...
she parks and heads for starbucks where i am
