Samantha, Miranda and myself set out on an evening on the town.
Martinis at 'The B&B' quickly turned to vodka and olives at Miranda's place.
After a few drinks and talk of Samantha's 9 and 3/4 inch latest, we called Charlotte in hopes she'd come out... Charlotte wasn't home.
Next we were off to get some vermouth for our vodka and queen olives and ended up at Ming.
Miranda ran into this guy that used to be under her, leaving Sam and I to chat. It all starts to get fuzzy here. Smoking. Drinking. Waiter.

The the ex and I went out on an adventure to HomeDepot.
We walked aimlessly up and down every isle.
Looking at the 'things' that they sell, and imagining what
they were.
They have everything possible at that place.
When we were almost done the store,
we run smack dab into Bert and her bubby, Chad.

How do I react?
I mean we are in HomeDepot for no reason.
We don't even belong here.
Like, I am looking at bags, leather bags that you put around your waist, and put things into it... kinda cute, but what do you wear with it? And what do you put into it?

K, so I admit to Bert that we were just poking around,
and looking at all the odd things...
she laughed.
phew.

also remind me next time to NOT cut all my hair off,
in a fit of rage, when its freaking cold outside.

The other day, The the ex and I were out shopping.
I picked up this CD.
Dolly's music has always been a secret little pleasure of mine.
You know, the kind of CD you play when no one is around
and you sing along at the top of your lungs, with the doors locked,
and the blinds down.
Anyway, guess who is on Oprah today... Melissa Etheridge, Shania Twain, AND Dolly!
The Cd is bloody fantastic,
but the best song is Me'Shell N'Degeocello doing Two Doors Down.
